No stroke path, THAT'S A LOT OF CLOSED OBJECTS PEOPLE. create new object,offset,offset,join,line after,cusp, repeat 408762 times.  ok, the meds kicked in I'm ok now sorry.  @ 75 layers, it doesn't really need that many but PSP sometimes takes bites out of finished layers and you don't want all your eggs in one basket. Critiques
You know you're awesome with gradients, and I very much envy you for knowing how to work them, this is no exception.
I kinda feel like this vexel is like a fight between details and simplicity: the diversity of colors in the eyes and lips versus the simplistic skin, the uberdetailed hair versus the simplistic lineart in the face. Either way, it works brilliantly. And not to forget, I'm a huuuuge fan of how you mixed cold and warm hues.
Great job!
In terms of it's style and colouring it is yet another original approach at a portrait vexel. You have to love Mirabel for her exploration into different styles.
Technically, I've given this 5/5... the line art is so delicate and precise - especially in the hair, the use of gradients are fantastic and the added details to the eyes and lips just jump out to you in an otherwise simplistic approach to a vexel.
The only negative thing I could really pick at is the background which is used... even though it's such a small area. To me it seems a bit too detailed for the overall theme of the piece and it would have worked better with just a plain 1 colour background.
All in all, ersonally this is not in my taste, however this does not make it a bad vexel, infact I think the opposite and see it as a great one.
